Moving to Column 3
The Real Bergen Democrats have moved to Column 3 following the outcome of the Andrews/Lautenberg litigation.
Endorsement by the Independent Coalition for a Better Edgewater (ICBE)
At its last meeting, the ICBE unanimously endorsed Denis Gallagher, Michael Trachtenberg, Joe Keesecker, Selena Petersen-Keesecker, Roger Zeeman, Rita Zeeman, Jane (Roberti) Berkowitz, Peter DePaul, and Miriam Tausner.
The ICBE is a grass roots organization comprised of Democrats, Republicans, and undeclareds that backs candidates who share its values. ICBE-backed candidates have done well in previous elections; presently, three of six council seats are held by ICBE candidates, including Denis Gallagher.
